How to Set up Net10 Web, Data, and MMS for Your iPhone Running iOS 7

Introduction

I wrote this guide to share with you how I set up data and MMS picture messaging on my iPhone 5 running iOS 7. Hundreds of readers have used my previous guide, How to Setup Net10 Web, Data, and MMS for your iPhone running iOS 6 to get their iPhone working on Net10 Wireless.

I wrote this guide for my iPhone 5. It should work for the iPhone 4, iPhone 4s and iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, and iPhone 5s running iOS 7 as well.

This guide will help you set up your data, web or Internet connection as well as MMS Picture messaging by showing you how to set the Access Point Name or APN values on your iPhone. This guide will not help you if your voice or SMS text messages are not working. You can leave a comment here if you are looking for help with that and I will try to help you.

Follow the guide carefully. Do not skip steps. I wrote the guide based on how I set up Net10 Data and MMS for myself and optimized it based on the hundreds of comments and requests for help I received for my previous guide.

Required Items
  • a GSM model iPhone running iOS 7
  • an active Net10 Wireless SIM card, the AT&T network compatible SIM is best.
  • a Wi-Fi connection
  • A T-Mobile network SIM card (if you want to set up MMS Picture Messaging)

If you are using the Net10 T-Mobile network compatible SIM card you can still use this guide, but you should read Is Using Straight Talk Wireless With Your iPhone a Good Idea? The page is for Straight Talk but it applies to Net10 Wireless as well.

Disclaimer

This guide describes what worked for me. Many people have followed my guide and have successfully set up data and MMS. Some needed to ask for help to get it working, some people I am unable to help.

This guide shows you two ways to set up your iPhone the first is Setting up Data by Installing a Net10 Wireless APN Profile and the second is Setting up Data and MMS by Entering the Cellular Data Network Settings

Good luck. Try the guide. Leave a comment if you need some help.
