Ask the agent…
“Hi, My phone number is (###) ###-####. Can you tell me if my phone is using Straight Talk’s AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or Sprint towers?”
Make sure to replace (###) ###-#### with your phone number.
Note, you need to ask Straight Talk which towers your phone uses, not me. Please do not leave replies with your phone number on this article asking me which towers your phone uses because I don’t know.
If you need a new SIM you can order one from Straight Talk for a dollar. If your phone is using the Verizon towers, see Transferring Your Straight Talk Verizon Service to a New Phone
