I do not own a BLU Vivo 4.3 smartphone myself, special thanks to smartphonematters.com reader, Melissa, for providing the screen shots. She was able to use the settings I provided to fix her problem problem sending MMS picture messages.

I recently had problem with my message counter on my blu life pure. All things I saw to fix were to reset to factory settings. I did this and of course, the issue with the MMS messages came back as it as when I first got the phone. I found settings then and all worked fine until I had to reset. I had written those settings down and entered them as they were. I can get data (with the H next to the bars) but MMS will not work.
Hi Deb,
I’d recommend that you try to set up your APN again. Go to the APNs screen, and choose the option to Reset To Default. After that, edit each remaining APN to delete it until you have no APNs left on the phone. Now follow these instructions. Make sure to use the link in the instructions to look up the APN for your Straight Talk account. Make sure to set the APN type.

STILL NOTHING SAY FAILED
Hi Peter,
Two suggestions.
Try
APN: tfdata
Port: 80
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS proxy: mms2.tracfone.com
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
APN Protocol: IPv4
Also try an app called Offline SIM from the Google Play store. I have not used it, a reader told me it worked for her though.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards
Bob
