This guide is for iOS 6. I have a new guide for iOS 7. See How to Setup Straight Talk Wireless Data and MMS for your iPhone running iOS 7. Both guides should work for iOS 7, but try the new one, I have tried to improve the process and well as update the screen shots for iOS 7.

This guide describes how to set up Straight Talk  Access Point Name or APN for Data, Internet, MMS, or picture messaging for your iPhone. I documented the steps I used to set up my iPhone 5 with Straight Talk Data and MMS.  This guide should help you with any iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, or iPhone 5 running iOS 6. The guide shows step by step how to setup the Access Point Name  or APN values needed to data and MMS picture messaging working.

If you have been using Straight Talk with your iPhone and your data or MMS has suddenly stopped working, try this post.

If you are using an Android phone or smartphone other than an iPhone, this guide is not for you. Please try my generic smartphone guide.

    • Bob Thompson | |

      Hi Makedrea,
I don’t understand the issue you are having. If your data / mnms doesn’t work and you are using the Straight Talk ATT sim, try resetting your phone to get it working. See Resetting All Your iPhone’s Settings
