I have tried both, and both will show as if they are getting coverage UNTIL i pick it up to start using it. As soon as I start navigating the network connection goes away.
What do you mean by goes away? stops working or you lose signal?
The bars and the 4G that were showing on my phone before I picked it up & started navigating through it, go away so i am left without a 4G and without any bars.
That isn’t a problem with your APN.
Try a network reset Resetting Network Settings on Your iPhone
Try iOS 9.3.3, might help
