    Used up 4G data on Net10 last night. Where is the 2G “unlimited” back-up (throttled) data that is supposed to be part of their plan?? Tried restarting the phone (an LG L52VL sold by Net10, by the way); but all that did was start a new service cycle. If it hadn’t been for today being the official regularly-scheduled renewal date, I’d have been really pissed.

    This is the second time this has happened: and the Net10 help number (611611?) in the contacts doesn’t work (it tries and fails to connect directly to Verizon).

    I transferred my phone number to a new net10 phone and now my cellular data willnot work. Ive tried restarting it and ive tried turning the cellular data off and back on and it still wont do anything.

    Restarted phone, nothing. Had 4g with until used it all with last billing cycle. Was set to expire today. Added airtime yesterday but never got 4g signal back

    Renewed my Zte phone with Net10 prepaid card and now I do not have 4g signal.

      unfortubately, the APN does not control the signal you get. Try restarting the phone. You may find it just takes a litte time to reconnect to the LTE network.
