    I have been using my iPhone 4S fine with net10. I am able to send/receive mms, data and make calls. Since I updated to ios7.3 and I lost my wifi ability on the phone. It is not grayed out. I have the new APN settings for net10 iphone. I reset all network settings with no luck. Still no wifi. Everything else is fine mms, data and phone use. Any ideas? Thanks

    Hi sir this is me tika,ya I have some problem in my iPhone 5.last 16 August I activate my number. on this date I did not get proper Internet n survice sometime in my iPhone I seen the NoService.for-when I using to open the Facebook it cannot open n if I search in google it cannot search.in my area there is no WIFI service to can you help me sir.

      Hi Estevan,
      Hmm. I don’t know. So you are saying that every time you pay your bill, you need to setup your APN? I have never heard this before. Can you describe the process a little more. For example, how are you paying your bill, what type of phone, exactly what steps are you using to setup your APN? Maybe we can find a solution.

    I have read your comments. My problem is there is no 4 g on my iPhone anymore. I have even reset my iPhone to factory reset and still not 4 g. I don’t even have data. I have tried that APN website and it still does not work.

      Hi Lynn,
      If you go into your settings and turn off Wifi, then open the browser and try to load web page what do you see across the top status bar? Does it say Home? ATT, something else. Do you see the signal bar? Do you see any kind of network indicator 4G, 3G, E, O?

    hello , I used this for both of my sons iphone3 phones and it worked perfect. but now one of my sons phone is not letting him get on the internet without Wi-Fi. the 3g symbol on the top of his phone is not showing up, so I turned airplane on then back off, reset phone, tried to update -there is not update needed it said, un-stalled the apn from this site then re installed. he still can send pick and receive them. please if anyone knows what to do !!!!

      Hi Stacy,
      What does the status bar show, when WiFi is off and you try to use Internet? Just the network name a signal bars?

    I have a Iphone 4s on straight talk. I have done the sim card swap and I have data and messaging. The problem I have is when I updated to IOS 6 I lost the use of my hotspot. Anyone know how to get it back?

      Hi Rob,
      I have net10 and an iPhone 5. I have never been able to get HotSpot to work. When you had it working, did you have to setup an APN for it?
